Candidate will be responsible for client management and project work as relative to maintenance of compliance. Position is work remotely with travel as needed. Pharmacy Benefit Account Manager/Consultant
We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Pharmacy Benefit Account Manager/Consultant. This person will be the primary contact for a select list of Solid Benefit Guidance customers and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of account activities specific to the pharmacy benefit. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, client relationship, and presentation skills. PBM knowledge a plus.

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Pharmacy Benefit Sales Representative to help grow the firm’s footprint in the mid-market employer/Taft-Hartley segment. The SBG sales representative will create new business relationships with buyers of PBM services in the Northeast. SBG has established an excellent team of PBM industry expertise along with a robust and prominent client list to help support sales efforts. SBG will provide on the job training for the qualified candidate.
Senior Pharmacist Consultant
We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Senior Pharmacist Consultant. This Pharmacist will partner with and support the strategies and objectives of SBG’s Clinical Consulting Department. He/she will be both client facing and support SBG’s Client Management and Sales teams, as well as work independently in supporting and responding with research, analyses and strategies that help position SBG as an industry thought leader. The ideal candidate should possess PBM, Health Plan, client facing clinical experience and/or prior consulting experience of 7 – 10 years. PharmD is a plus.

The right individual will have a technical financial skill set including significant experience in underwriting related to medical insurance and pharmacy with a strong knowledge of fully insured and self-funding. The candidate must also have a strong level of experience in working with other ancillary lines (Dental/Life/Disability). The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly motivated and a client-focused individual with previous employee benefits experience in dealing with the management of employer groups or union funds. College degree a must.
